THỰC HIỆN MỘT HỢP ĐỒNG QUỐC TẾ (PERFORMANCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT)

Hôm nay Sinh viên John Nguyễn Quốc Khánh sẽ trình bày đề tài nghiên cứu về việc THỰC HIỆN MỘT HỢP ĐỒNG QUỐC TẾ (PERFORMANCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT). Nhóm nghiên cứu sẽ cùng thảo luận về một tình huống kinh doanh giữa công ty Creusot-Loire, một công ty của Pháp, là kỹ sư dự án xây dựng các nhà máy amoniac ở Nam Tư và Syria. Creusot-Loire đã ký hợp đồng với Coppus Engineering để mua các đầu đốt có khả năng hoạt động liên tục bằng cách sử dụng dầu nhiên liệu nặng với hơi đốt được làm nóng trước đến 260 độ C. Quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng đã xảy ra nhiều trở ngại dẫn đến tranh chấp hợp đồng. 

 

Trong bài trình bày, John và các bạn cùng nhóm cũng đã đưa ra những quan điểm về "Quyền" và "Nghĩa vụ" của các bên tham gia thực hiện "Hợp đồng buôn bán hàng hóa quốc tế".
